Acceptable Use Policy
1. Permitted Use
You may use Zoo Code and the Zoo Gateway for lawful software development, research, education, and ordinary business workflows that do not violate these rules or applicable law.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Generate, distribute, or assist with malware, ransomware, exploits, or other harmful code
- Attack, scan, or disrupt networks, systems, or accounts you do not own or have permission to test
- Commit fraud, identity theft, social engineering, or payment abuse (including chargeback abuse)
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that facilitates severe harm
- Harass, threaten, dox, or incite violence against individuals or groups
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, authentication, safety controls, or access restrictions
- Resell, sublicense, or provide shared gateway access to third parties without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the origin of automated traffic
- Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts that are not meant to be public, or other proprietary systems beyond normal product use
3. Account and Credential Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and extension tokens
- Do not share Zoo Gateway tokens across unrelated users or organizations
- Report suspected compromise promptly to support@zoocode.dev
4. Fair Use and Infrastructure
Automated high-volume usage is allowed only within published rate limits and your purchased credit balance. Deliberate overload, scraping of internal endpoints, or attempts to interfere with service availability are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, rate limiting, suspension, permanent termination, credit forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. Enforcement decisions under this policy are described further in our Terms of Service.
